Five movements at the close of day — presence, gratitude, attention of heart, prayer, resolve — sealed with the Sign of the Cross.
- Lay down the day. Your Father wants you to rest, not to produce.
- Give thanks for the faith that sustains you, even when you do not feel it.
- Was there one instant today when you knew, with certainty, that God was?
- Confess humbly what was not gospel in you today.
- May the Holy Spirit seal this day and prepare the next.
