As long as there is tomorrow, there is hope in the Lord.

A moment to return to God.

A word of encouragement

Hoy tienes the comfort of a quiet cup of tea in your hands. As steam rises, let your worries float away like the warmth. This simple moment becomes a sanctuary, a place where your soul can pause and remember that peace is always within reach.

Take it to heart

Original devotional reflection; this is not a Scripture quotation.

Receiving help can be harder than offering it. We may fear becoming a burden or admitting that our strength has limits. Bring that reluctance into prayer. Dependence need not diminish dignity: a community grows when its members can give and receive honestly. Consider one responsibility you have been carrying alone and whether sharing it would make your care more sustainable. Read today’s Scripture slowly, and bring this ordinary situation before God with an open heart.

Let us pray together

Original prayer

Lord, teach me to receive needed help without shame. Let your grace shape my choices today. Give me an honest heart, patient attention to others, and the humility to begin again when I fail. May my small actions serve love. Amen.

One small step today

Ask a trusted person for one specific, manageable form of help today.

Night has fallen · the examen comes first

As the day comes to a close

Five moments to look back on your day with God.

  1. Be still. Your Father looks at you with love before you turn to Him.
  2. Count the small mercies of the day: a word, an encounter, a piece of bread.
  3. Where did you feel life today? Where did you feel death? Do not judge — observe.
  4. Bring to Christ what weighs on you. Leave it at His feet.
  5. Entrust the night and the coming day to God.

✝ In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit Amen.
